The upside of this approach is a very long ride time, and the sense of "riding twice", the downside is that the racing is inconsistent, since it depends on the loading speed of riders. The ride system does it's best however, adjusting the speed of the lift hill in an attempt to achieve a race between trains. An steep 80 degree drop leads into a low profiled speed hill.
